This video is my answer to the first question for the Davos debate: "Should company executives have a code of ethics similar to doctors and lawyers?" I try to answer the question in the most illustrative way by giving real examples. I start my videos by saying that "I am a carpenter born and raised in Ecuador, South America, but I am also a research fellow in Harvard University" This is true. When little, I had many limitations, but thanks to constant efforts, I could finish my university degree, won scholarships for masters and doctorate degrees in Canada and currently working as research fellow in Harvard University. I worked as carpenter to finance my studies. In order to participate in the contest, I had to learn how to make clips. These are actually my first videos, then for sure they have mistakes, so please, your comments and suggestions are welcome. The ideas I present are based in simple facts: Codes of ethics for company executives DO exist. The problem is with their diffusion even among each one of us. Jose Condor
